What’s inside
The villa has three well appointed queen bedrooms with two bathrooms (one large ensuite), both with baths and showers.
There is a large lounge room with an open fireplace and a separate TV viewing area. The small lounge off the main living area is suitable for all ages and has a separate TV and fold-down lounge that can be used as a fourth bedroom.
The kitchen & dining area is a large space with modern amenities, including a large refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, air fryer and is fully appointed to cook and entertain.
Step out of the kitchen area onto the pergola with a large concrete table, gas barbecue, spa and sun lounges with views over Cook Park and Boat Harbour.

From the Princes Highway we recommend you take the Gerringong, Belinda Street off ramp. (The second Gerringong exit if travelling south, and first if travelling north.)
Travel up Belinda Street to the second roundabout and take a right turn (third exit) into Fern St. Jupiter Street is the first street you come to travelling uphill where you take a left turn (Signed as Boat Harbour) and travel downhill towards the coastline.
Villa del Porto is the last property on the left side at the bottom of Jupiter Street.

Fern St is Gerringong village’s main shopping precinct where there are a multitude of options for food, coffee and shopping.
The local supermarket is off Blackwood St, on left side of Fern Street heading north, Khan’s IGA is particularly good store with well stocked requirements at reasonable prices.
Cronin’s Bottle Store is adjacent to Khan’s IGA and is also recommended.
Cronin’s Gerringong Hotel is a famous local landmark in Belinda Street and incorporates the excellent restaurant Jack’s Grill by Smith St. Foods, a modern bar and dining facilities as well as a TAB.

There is ample parking onsite for three cars. You can also park in the street with no restrictions.
